HEALTH & SAFETY OBJECTIVES
A safe workplace, by design.
- Provide safe and healthy working conditions for employees and stakeholders
- Comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations in Ghana
- Identify workplace hazards and implement effective risk control measures
- Provide appropriate PPE and ensure it is properly used
- Conduct regular safety training, briefings and awareness programmes
- Encourage safety responsibility and accountability among all employees
- Ensure safe transport, storage and handling of construction materials
- Continuously review and improve our health and safety practices
Workplace Responsibilities
All employees, subcontractors and site personnel must follow established safety procedures and site regulations, report unsafe conditions, accidents or near misses immediately, and participate fully in safety training. All protective gear provided must be used appropriately at all times.
Environmental Responsibility
We promote responsible environmental practices including proper waste management, pollution prevention, efficient use of resources and environmentally responsible operational processes. Management accepts full responsibility for implementing and enforcing this policy across all activities and project sites.
