What we do
What exactly does Joofda offer?
Five coordinated divisions: integrated facility management, labour outsourcing and workforce management, construction materials supply, construction and project support, and professional and advisory services (real estate, surveying, civil/structural engineering, quantity surveying and property management).
Can I engage just one service, or must I take a package?
Either. Each division can be engaged on its own, or combined into a single coordinated solution. Many clients start with one requirement and expand as they see the value of working with one accountable partner.
Do you handle both small jobs and large projects?
Yes. Our systems are built to support both small-scale operations and large infrastructure projects, with the ability to coordinate across multiple sites at once.
What areas do you serve?
We are Ghana-based and operate across the country, with strong local industry knowledge and supplier networks. Multi-site engagements are welcome.
LABOUR & MATERIALS
Workforce and supply
How do you ensure the quality of the labour you supply?
Every worker is recruited, screened and supervised. We monitor productivity, attendance and safety compliance, and provide site supervisors and coordinators to keep the workforce aligned to your project standards.
What construction materials can you supply?
Filling sand, plaster sand, quarry dust, quarry stones, aggregates and related building materials. Other materials can often be sourced on request.
How quickly can you deliver materials to site?
Delivery timelines depend on volume and location, but our logistics and supply coordination is built around prompt, reliable delivery so material availability does not hold up your programme. Share your site and quantities for a specific timeline.

Advisory and consultancy
Can I get a surveyor, engineer or quantity surveyor through Joofda?
Yes. Our Professional & Advisory division gives clients access to real estate advisors, land surveyors, civil/structural engineers, quantity surveyors and property managers — engaged individually or as one coordinated team.
Do you manage rental properties on behalf of owners?
Yes. Our property management service covers tenant sourcing and screening, rent collection and income reporting, maintenance coordination and compliance — a natural complement to our facility management division.
Can you help from land purchase all the way to a finished, occupied building?
That is exactly how the professional division is designed to work — from real estate and survey, through engineering, cost management and construction support, to property and facility management once the building is in use.

We use clear, competitive and transparent pricing with no hidden costs. Pricing depends on scope, volume, location and duration — all set out in the written quotation.
How do you handle health and safety?
HSE is central to how we operate. We provide PPE, run safety training and briefings, identify and control hazards, and comply with Ghana’s health, safety and environmental regulations. See our HSE Policy.
